As we begin our 50th year of publication, Journal for Preachers is going fully online. This move away from printing and mailing costs allows us both to continue publishing JP and to offer the journal at no charge to anyone who wishes to receive it. We hope this change will help make JP’s resources more readily accessible to existing and new audiences—especially younger preachers.
The new website (journalforpreachers.com) is slated to launch in the early fall of 2026. There, you will be able to browse our latest issue or download a pdf of the entire journal.

This issue also welcomes Ryan Bonfiglio as our new editor. I am so appreciative of Ryan for taking this assignment on—and for his prodigious energy, insight, and imagination about how Journal for Preachers can serve the church and its preachers in the years to come.
